When does a BCD's lift capacity really come into consideration? For example, in recreational diving wouldn't 18lbs lift capacity be sufficient? The only scenarios that I can think of are where you are carrying so much gear that you become inherently negatively bouyant.

So... maybe a dumb question. If you have a dive computer, do you also wear a dive watch in additon?
