Great, now that song will be running through my head all day. "I'll get over you... I know I will..."

Sorry about that - I can honestly say I was not consciously thinking of the song when I made that post. If it makes you feel better it's now stuck in mine too.

Great pictures!!! Did you see any fish?

Glad you found a camera - I was going to offer mine, if you agreed to a deposit. Just an older P&S 7MP cam + case.

There's a guy in Hawaii who's let me use his boat several times in recent years - I found him much like this, I placed an ad on craigslist. Not many would go that far for a stranger. Thought I'd pay it forward a bit...

I'd be leery lending my underwater camera to a friend (PC I'd probably be OK with) - no way in hell I'd lend either to a stranger that I'll never even see in person.

Hell, I'm leery of lending some folks a backup reg... underwater... for fear I might not get it back!

:d

Must have been the week all the fish in Hawaii went to the big "Fish Convention" in Chicago...

:d

I spend too much owning, servicing, and updating my gear and cameras - and I have thot about loaning or renting some of it, but I know how non-owners treat things, then complain - because they didn't study & understand.

Generalities aside, hope he has a nice trip and posts great pics and vids. Leave a link here so I'll see it.
