;) Anyhows, north east Dallas will put you pretty close to Clear Springs. It's a real nice quarry. It's my favorite inland dive spot. Vis gets up to 30' and the catfish are as docile as house cats...the perch will tear you to shreds, though... :D You'll have to say goodbye to those...

..and it's a nice lake. It's an exellent fishing lake...some really big bass and lot's of sandies and crappie. It's big and good for waterskiing, but as far as diving goes... well, it's not fed by a spring like the Lake Travis, Lake Murray or the Texas quarries are, so the vis would brobably be...

Kathleen and I ended up at the last tables down by the pontoon dock. We got there about noon and drove all up and down the side where Dee and Beast's gear up bench is located. I went up to every group up and down that whole side of the quarry asking,"Are y'all swampdivers?" All I got were blank...

Do you have metal fillings in your teeth? I have heard of instances where the metal fillings in people's teeth pick up radio signals...perhaps this is what is happening to you.

..even by Texas diving standards. It is muddy muddy water!..I believe the catfishing is pretty decent though, if your into that.

I don't thinks it's quite fair to insinuate she has poor buddy habits based on her comment. For all you people know, she may be in constant contact with her buddy but stumbled across a cool little fish and would like to share the find with another set of divers that she has made friends with on...
